Even though they were fully booked they made a special effort to come out to our house after hours to check a new fridge that had given up. Got it working, and have arranged to run some diagnostics to see what the problem is.

Performed a warranty washing machine repair for my household. Booking and communication was incredibly easy. The tech, Javed was extremely professional and resolved issue quickly and also helped with advice on another appliance.

I was searching for a particular light bulb for my refrigerator. When I arrived at the parts centre, I showed the service rep an image of it and she knew immediately where to get it without even checking the system. Needless to say, staff was super friendly. Great service, thanks.

Very helpful people..my hubby rang and spoke with Matthew as we were having difficulty how to remove a F&P Double Dishdrawer. Turns out there are 4 screws located under the insulation in the bottom drawer that need to be removed before being able to pull out the dishwasher. Thanks Team!
