Even though they were fully booked they made a special effort to come out to our house after hours to check a new fridge that had given up. Got it working, and have arranged to run some diagnostics to see what the problem is.

Very happy with Axial. I was able to book a day/time for a serviceman to come look at my washing machine that suited me. Friendly service both over the phone and at my house. Honest and quick repair done (blocked pump @ $125). Thanks Axial 🙂

I can only speak for Axial's online parts ordering, as I recently ordered a new oven door seal. The right part and very prompt service. Impressed!

Awesome service!! I went off recommendations from our local Facebook page & was not disappointed. Super quick response to my message followed by a prompt call the following morning. I ordered online what I thought was 2 oven door springs but it was 2 sets that I had ordered. I was contacted the same day to check I had ordered the correct amount. The communication was great and my springs sent the same day and an email sent to reimburse the extra money. Great service Axial

Very prompt called and explained the problem over the phone. Next day mid morning a very pleasant guy, Bernard arrived and was able to unlock the washing machine door and replace the lock with a new one. Would recommend anyone with a washing machine problem to give Axial a call.

Very helpful people..my hubby rang and spoke with Matthew as we were having difficulty how to remove a F&P Double Dishdrawer. Turns out there are 4 screws located under the insulation in the bottom drawer that need to be removed before being able to pull out the dishwasher. Thanks Team!

Wow, after much hunting around thinking I was going to be unable to find a part for my fridge, I stumbled upon these guys. They made all my blues go away. What an amazing outfit!
