I visited the Axial warehouse a couple of weeks ago and found the service to be fast and excellent. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and friendly so I'd go again if I needed to and recommend to others thanks!

Awesome service!! I went off recommendations from our local Facebook page & was not disappointed. Super quick response to my message followed by a prompt call the following morning. The repairman arrived the next day (and called to let me know how far away he was) and fixed the problem with our washing machine. Only company that responded during COVID Lockdown and scheduled visit. Parts were not available but they managed to provide work around which eventually failed but fixed that without any cost even after 3 month of labour warranty was over. Thanks to Megan!

I was trying to source a replacement vacuum part, and everywhere online was showing out of stock. Ended up emailing several places asking to be notified when it came in - Axial replied immediately saying they could order it in for no additional cost, and it arrived, shipped to me, two days after funds had been paid. Wouldn't hesitate to use and order through this business again.

Both our washing machine and dryer were repaired within a week or so, allowing for parts and technician availability. Very pleased with the customer service.

I called up in regards to my fridge being broken I was quite upset but thanks to the quick and efficient help I was able to get it fixed! If I could give extra stars for the friendly service as well I would! Would highly recommend this business.

Amazing service - swift response to emails and washer repair solved without fee charged. Unlike other service centres I've used in the past.

Very prompt called and explained the problem over the phone. Next day mid morning a very pleasant guy, Bernard arrived and was able to unlock the washing machine door and replace the lock with a new one. Would recommend anyone with a washing machine problem to give Axial a call.

Had a fantastic experience with this company for a front loader washer door seal repair. Had the part in stock - it was replaced and fitted the very next morning after contact. Would highly recommend and I will be using Axial for any future issues that may arise.

F% P oven rack was not in stock but Axial Appliance Servicing sourced one for me and had it delivered within a week. Great feedback and Service thanks.

The Axial Team provide a fantastic service, from the customer service team in the office to the technicians that come to your home. They are always friendly, prompt and reliable. I received first class service from Axial from the beginning of inquiring about a repair to my oven to the final installation of a new oven. They were exceptionally quick to reply to all my communications. They offered alternatives and were always extremely pleasant when I changed my mind more than once about what I wanted them to do. Excellent prices, unbelievably efficient service, I fully recommend them.
