The top element in our oven blew on Saturday. I contacted AXIAL via the website. Monday morning I received a phone call and arranged for it to be repaired that afternoon. Axial provided replacement for 2 shelves in my fridge. They quickly responded and were able to send a schematic so I could identify the correct parts which arrived today and fit perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I recently ordered a part for my Simpson Eziset750, the order was easy to place, dealt with efficiently, dispatched quickly and arrived the next day...perfect!

We had a long standing problem with the element of our F and P wall oven. We finally got around to visiting Axial Appliances Ltd yesterday. From the Spare Parts staff, to the office lady who organised the technician to visit this morning, to the very professional technician who arrived on time (ringing first as arranged) who fixed the element etc and clearly explained everything we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received from Axial Appliances Ltd!!!

Performed a warranty washing machine repair for my household. Booking and communication was incredibly easy. The tech, Javed was extremely professional and resolved issue quickly and also helped with advice on another appliance.

I was trying to source a replacement vacuum part, and everywhere online was showing out of stock. Ended up emailing several places asking to be notified when it came in - Axial replied immediately saying they could order it in for no additional cost, and it arrived, shipped to me, two days after funds had been paid. Wouldn't hesitate to use and order through this business again.
