Delivery Rates

Courier charge will depend on size of item(s) ordered and delivery region selected. This will be calculated and shown in the checkout process after your delivery address is entered.

Delivery Methods

We use CourierPost for our deliveries and will require a physical address, no deliveries to PO Boxes.

To ensure your goods reach you quickly, we might sometimes ship your order in parts. If this happens, there is no extra cost to you.

Your package will be well-wrapped and as waterproof as possible. Please ensure that the package can be left in a dry and sheltered place on delivery.

Delivery Times

On the Axial Appliance Servicing Ltd website, most items listed are normal stock items and are shipped within one business day of the order being placed.

We are open on Saturdays 8am till 12pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, therefore any order placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Sometimes we may temporarily run out of stock. If this happens, we’ll notify you and provide a new expected delivery period. You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

CourierPost

Orders to residential addresses should arrive by 12.00 noon on the second working day

Orders to rural delivery addresses should arrive within 2 – 4 working days

Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the given delivery timeframe.

Delivery Problems

Please check your parcels carefully when you receive them. If you have any issues with your delivery then please contact us within seven days so we can rectify the issue. Please ensure you keep the original packaging and any other documentation.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty product, you can return your purchase for either a replacement, a full refund or a store credit. Please contact us if you need to return your product .

Electrical and Electronic parts cannot be returned as faulty unless evidence is provided that the part has been fitted by a suitably qualified and registered service person.

Lamps are classed as consumables and are not covered.

Other Returns

Items can be returned for a refund (less handling fee of  20%) within 30 days of shipping. They must be in new condition, factory sealed and unused. Please return the item with a copy of the order confirmation email you received when placing your order and the reason it has been returned.

Should items be returned in an unsaleable or used condition no refund will be given. The customer will be contacted and the goods returned back to the customer at their request and expense.

For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post.
