My fridge stopped cooling all of a sudden. Called Axial Appliance at 8am, they came at 11 and fixed it within an hour. Good customer service, quick, easy and efficient.

The Axial Team provide a fantastic service, from the customer service team in the office to the technicians that come to your home. They are always friendly, prompt and reliable. I have used them many times and each time they have arrived when they said they would. They always do their best to repair the appliance as best and quickly as they possibly can. Great service and quick delivery of the washing machine parts. I didn't expect to be able to find the parts in NZ so easily, but Axial Appliance servicing had them on the shelf!!

Lorraine is a star, i called just before closing in distress as i needed a spare part urgently for a house settlement, she knew exactly the item, took payment over the phone and put it in a place i could pick up as they were closing at 4.30. i arranged for this company to replace my fridge seals. From ordering the parts to installing they were excellent. One seal had to be ordered in and they called to let me know when it arrived. Their technicians call when they are on their way. Staff are excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Wow, after much hunting around thinking I was going to be unable to find a part for my fridge, I stumbled upon these guys. They made all my blues go away. What an amazing outfit! I ordered online what I thought was 2 oven door springs but it was 2 sets that I had ordered. I was contacted the same day to check I had ordered the correct amount. The communication was great and my springs sent the same day and an email sent to reimburse the extra money. Great service Axial

Wonderful service from Axial Appliance Servicing. Through the chatbot and follow up email, I was able to order a suitable replacement part for an appliance bought at least 23 years ago. And it arrived the next day !

The top element in our oven blew on Saturday. I contacted AXIAL via the website. Monday morning I received a phone call and arranged for it to be repaired that afternoon. Riz arrived about 1:45pm with the replacement element and job was done in less than half an hour. Excellent service Thank you Riz and Axial
