I am so impressed with all the staff I was in contact with.The service centre and technicians were friendly, courteous, approachable, had a positive vibe and are genuinely good people.Technicians arrived when they said they would, technically proficient diagnosing the problem immediately, fixing the problem quickly, cleaning up after themselves.What an incredible bunch of people. Very pleased with the service guys who came and removed the old 25 year old Dishdrawer from my apartment - extremely difficult to remove and replaced with a new one - also difficult to put in. Very professional and helpful.

Only company that responded during COVID Lockdown and scheduled visit. Parts were not available but they managed to provide work around which eventually failed but fixed that without any cost even after 3 month of labour warranty was over. Thanks to Megan!

I ordered online what I thought was 2 oven door springs but it was 2 sets that I had ordered. I was contacted the same day to check I had ordered the correct amount. The communication was great and my springs sent the same day and an email sent to reimburse the extra money. Great service Axial

My fridge stopped cooling all of a sudden. Called Axial Appliance at 8am, they came at 11 and fixed it within an hour. Good customer service, quick, easy and efficient.
