Writing a review on behalf of my mother who has just had her oven serviced by Axial and wanted to give a special mention for Riz who has serviced several of her appliances in the past. He was very informative, efficient and gave great suggestions to avoid similar issues arising again in the future, a true display of excellent customer service - Thank you Riz

My fridge stopped cooling all of a sudden. Called Axial Appliance at 8am, they came at 11 and fixed it within an hour. Good customer service, quick, easy and efficient.

Ordered a part for an older washing machine online and had it in my hand (shipped across the country) in 2 days. Very happy with that service.

The top element in our oven blew on Saturday. I contacted AXIAL via the website. Monday morning I received a phone call and arranged for it to be repaired that afternoon. Riz arrived about 1:45pm with the replacement element and job was done in less than half an hour. Excellent service Thank you Riz and Axial

I ordered a part from them and the first one arrived with slight damage. They were quick and easy to deal with when replacing and the part fits perfectly. Would highly recommend for customers service.

Highly efficient and the best ever service repair providers I've ever used. Had F&P leaky fridge, and washing machine cycles not going properly. Technician arrived 4.15pm and finished 4.43pm. Both fixed. and invoicing accurate. Would use again.

Thank you to Robbie from Axial Appliance Servicing who just came and changed the gasket on our washing machine! Also, the customer service team who was easy to communicate with and the price charged was exactly what was quoted. Overall, I’m just glad to have a washing machine that is not mouldy anymore and as Robbie said, hopefully we shouldn’t need to have him back anymore (or at least for quite some time)!

Placed an order online but wasnt sure I had the right part. Tamara was very helpful and checked it was correct before my order was despatched. Part arrived overnight. Well priced part and courier and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Only company that responded during COVID Lockdown and scheduled visit. Parts were not available but they managed to provide work around which eventually failed but fixed that without any cost even after 3 month of labour warranty was over. Thanks to Megan!

Great service - I accidentally broke the dairy door lid on my fridge door so found their website and worked out which parts I needed for my fridge door, then I ordered them and they arrived by the end of the week - I've now fitted this to my door without a hitch. The price for the dairy door lids was also cheaper than a competitor's web price.

Axial appliances have the best customer service and tend to cater to what I need every time! Always have my requested white appliance parts and provide the assistance with the most positive vibes!

Easy to book a service and friendly. The technician came on time and replaced the faulty cook top element. It is all good. 🙂

I received first class service from Axial from the beginning of inquiring about a repair to my oven to the final installation of a new oven. They were exceptionally quick to reply to all my communications. They offered alternatives and were always extremely pleasant when I changed my mind more than once about what I wanted them to do.
