We were served by Shy on Saturday morning when we were trying to find knobs for a gas hob. She was knowledgeable cheerful, helpful and went out of her way to find us a solution. We couldn't have been happier.

Service and expertise were outstanding. Axial had a technician at my place the very next day.Problem diagnosed within minutes after seeing the machine.

Both our washing machine and dryer were repaired within a week or so, allowing for parts and technician availability. Very pleased with the customer service.
