Very helpful people..my hubby rang and spoke with Matthew as we were having difficulty how to remove a F&P Double Dishdrawer. Turns out there are 4 screws located under the insulation in the bottom drawer that need to be removed before being able to pull out the dishwasher. Thanks Team!

Only company that responded during COVID Lockdown and scheduled visit. Parts were not available but they managed to provide work around which eventually failed but fixed that without any cost even after 3 month of labour warranty was over. Thanks to Megan!

I was trying to source a replacement vacuum part, and everywhere online was showing out of stock. Ended up emailing several places asking to be notified when it came in - Axial replied immediately saying they could order it in for no additional cost, and it arrived, shipped to me, two days after funds had been paid. Wouldn't hesitate to use and order through this business again.

Ordered a part for my oven Monday evening (after 6.30pm) and when I arrived hoe from work Tuesday already at the door waiting. This is outstanding service. Thanks

Search for and target Axial on google. It turned out I wasn't wrong, thanks to robbie and the service team for their help. Order parts and install them at your door in a very short time. Everything is perfect, absolutely recommended.

Bernard was fantastic. He did install for my new F&P DishDraw, courteous, professional and friendly. He was able to hold good conversation, whilst simultaneously verbally telling me about what he was doing with the installation. Even though they were fully booked they made a special effort to come out to our house after hours to check a new fridge that had given up. Got it working, and have arranged to run some diagnostics to see what the problem is.

The service is outstanding. The girls went out of their way to find a part I needed, even when it wasn't showing in the computer or on the shelf. I would thoroughly recommend this company. This is good old fashioned service that is often hard to find these days.

I ordered online what I thought was 2 oven door springs but it was 2 sets that I had ordered. I was contacted the same day to check I had ordered the correct amount. The communication was great and my springs sent the same day and an email sent to reimburse the extra money. Great service Axial

Had a fantastic experience with this company for a front loader washer door seal repair. Had the part in stock - it was replaced and fitted the very next morning after contact. Would highly recommend and I will be using Axial for any future issues that may arise.

Had water leaking from under frig freezer. Within 45 minutes from the time I phoned requesting a servicemen, he had arrived repaired leak and left. Now that is service!!!
