We were served by Shy on Saturday morning when we were trying to find knobs for a gas hob. She was knowledgeable cheerful, helpful and went out of her way to find us a solution. We couldn't have been happier.

Thank you to Robbie from Axial Appliance Servicing who just came and changed the gasket on our washing machine! Also, the customer service team who was easy to communicate with and the price charged was exactly what was quoted. Overall, I’m just glad to have a washing machine that is not mouldy anymore and as Robbie said, hopefully we shouldn’t need to have him back anymore (or at least for quite some time)!
