BRANDS WE SUPPLY & SERVICE

I was trying to source a replacement vacuum part, and everywhere online was showing out of stock. Ended up emailing several places asking to be notified when it came in - Axial replied immediately saying they could order it in for no additional cost, and it arrived, shipped to me, two days after funds had been paid. Wouldn't hesitate to use and order through this business again.

I ordered a part from them and the first one arrived with slight damage. They were quick and easy to deal with when replacing and the part fits perfectly. Would highly recommend for customers service.

Used chat on web. Got immediate excellent help. Had correct product ordered within minutes. Correct product arrived next day. Too easy 🌞

Super friendly could try and service staff, analyzed and quoted promptly and a more than reasonable cost ... Will be my first stop next time for sure ...

Don’t normally do reviews but I dealt with the young woman in the parts department, very polite and helpful when recommending materials for my front loader, quick and easy. Thank you so much. A++

Axial Appliance Servicing are by far superior in their customer service, quality of work and advice. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Writing a review on behalf of my mother who has just had her oven serviced by Axial and wanted to give a special mention for Riz who has serviced several of her appliances in the past. He was very informative, efficient and gave great suggestions to avoid similar issues arising again in the future, a true display of excellent customer service - Thank you Riz

Outstanding service. I damaged my oven door. The part was sourced quickly and the engineer came to my home in South Auckland to fit it. All for a reasonable price. Thank you Axial.

Thank you to Robbie from Axial Appliance Servicing who just came and changed the gasket on our washing machine! Also, the customer service team who was easy to communicate with and the price charged was exactly what was quoted. Overall, I’m just glad to have a washing machine that is not mouldy anymore and as Robbie said, hopefully we shouldn’t need to have him back anymore (or at least for quite some time)!

I can only speak for Axial's online parts ordering, as I recently ordered a new oven door seal. The right part and very prompt service. Impressed!

Very prompt called and explained the problem over the phone. Next day mid morning a very pleasant guy, Bernard arrived and was able to unlock the washing machine door and replace the lock with a new one. Would recommend anyone with a washing machine problem to give Axial a call.

i arranged for this company to replace my fridge seals. From ordering the parts to installing they were excellent. One seal had to be ordered in and they called to let me know when it arrived. Their technicians call when they are on their way. Staff are excellent. I would definitely use them again.

I have repeatedly used Axial Appliances to help with our rental properties. Every time, this company provides excellent, reliable service and are also very good at tracking down parts. In particular, Carlene in their service department has recently worked a miracle to help us out of a tricky situation with a rangehood. Axial should be your go-to appliance repair company.

I made an appointment first thing with Axial to repair my waste disposal unit which had jammed. The water in the sink would not move and motor not working.Riley came that afternoon and was remarkable in his speed and efficiency in checking it out and solving the problem which was a small spoon wedged deep in the unit. All working in 5 minutes. Thanks Riley! Good job!

Bernard was fantastic. He did install for my new F&P DishDraw, courteous, professional and friendly. He was able to hold good conversation, whilst simultaneously verbally telling me about what he was doing with the installation. Big thumbs up from me, from the online booking, the floor up phone call to confirm, to the installer 🙂 cheers ears

Service and expertise were outstanding. Axial had a technician at my place the very next day.Problem diagnosed within minutes after seeing the machine.

We were served by Shy on Saturday morning when we were trying to find knobs for a gas hob. She was knowledgeable cheerful, helpful and went out of her way to find us a solution. We couldn't have been happier.
