Great service - I accidentally broke the dairy door lid on my fridge door so found their website and worked out which parts I needed for my fridge door, then I ordered them and they arrived by the end of the week - I've now fitted this to my door without a hitch. The price for the dairy door lids was also cheaper than a competitor's web price.

Really appreciate that they were able to advise how to fix my washing machine issue over email. Otherwise I would have paid heaps of money just for someone to point out a user error. Great customer care!!

We had a long standing problem with the element of our F and P wall oven. We finally got around to visiting Axial Appliances Ltd yesterday. From the Spare Parts staff, to the office lady who organised the technician to visit this morning, to the very professional technician who arrived on time (ringing first as arranged) who fixed the element etc and clearly explained everything we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received from Axial Appliances Ltd!!!

Lorraine is a star, i called just before closing in distress as i needed a spare part urgently for a house settlement, she knew exactly the item, took payment over the phone and put it in a place i could pick up as they were closing at 4.30. I highly recommend this place and just her customer service, so great and very efficient. Thanks so much

Axial were absolutely lovely, fast, and highly competent. They effectively diagnosed the problem from my description before even getting into my apartment, and then made an additional recommendation which helped appreciably to reduce the noise an old part was making. The company was referred to me by a friend, and I will absolutely be doing the same to my friends.

Fast service. Affordable. Trustworthy. And they don’t judge you when you can’t fix it your self and you bring in your washing machine and your girlfriend is standing there disappointed in you because you can’t even fix a washing machine like you can’t even fix your own life.
